HTML → PDF — How it works

  1. Provide HTML file/string.
  2. Configure embedded fonts/page size/header/footer.
  3. Convert and save the PDF.

Key features

  • High compatibility via **server engines** (LibreOffice/Chromium)
  • Fine-grained options: headers/footers, margins, scale, orientation
  • Handles large files and **batch conversion** (future extension)
  • HTTPS transfer; no long-term storage after processing

Tips

  • If fonts look off, embed fonts in the source document or ensure the same fonts are available on the server.
  • For dynamic sites in URL→PDF, increase **render delay (ms)** to wait for content.
  • For Excel→PDF, define a **print area** to avoid clipped pages.

Security & privacy

All transfers are protected via **HTTPS**. Results are offered for immediate download; we do not retain them long-term.

Supported formats

Input: HTML file/string · Output: PDF

FAQs

Do you store files on the server?

Files are only stored temporarily during processing and deleted shortly after. No long-term storage.

Why do fonts look different?

If the server lacks a font, a fallback may be used. Consider font embedding or provisioning.

Tables/layout shifted?

Rendering differences can occur. Check print layout in the source before exporting.

This tool uses server-side conversion (Office/Chromium).
